About Our Club
Rotary Club of Dove Mountain – Club History
The organizational meetings which paved the way for the formation of the Dove Mountain Rotary Club began in the fall of 2005. The club was initially chartered in March, 2006 and was sponsored by the Saddlebrooke Rotary Club. The charter night banquet was held April 6, 2006 at the Heritage Highlands Clubhouse. Since then, a number of "firsts", recognitions, and awards are part of the club history, as follows:

project (Southern Tucson).
July, 2010 Club's Charitable Fund
established.
Jan, 2012 Club begins start-up & support
of Mountain View HS Interact
Club.
June, 2012 Club awarded Rotary Citation for
2011-12.
June, 2013 Club awarded Rotary Citation for
2012-13.
Nov, 2014 Club adopts new “Friends of
Rotary” program for
non-member service
contributions.
Mar, 2015 Club recognized for Rotary
Foundation contributions
– all members participating.
May, 2015 Club awarded Rotary Citation
for 2014-15.
Dec, 2016 Club awarded Rotary Citation
for 2015-16.
Feb, 2017 Club recognized for Rotary
